Course Description
This introductory session helps voluntary and community organisations step back from individual funding bids and look at the bigger picture. Participants will explore different income streams, the risks of relying too heavily on grants, and the core foundations funders expect to see before awarding money. The session includes practical reflection, peer discussion and a simple funding readiness check.
