Volunteer Voices works in two ways:

Firstly, it is your chance to share your volunteer story, what encouraged you to volunteer and how you make a difference (please click on the link opposite to do this).

Secondly, it is the chance for volunteers to provide feedback and have their say about their volunteer experience, to tell us about finding their volunteering role, how they are supported in their role, talk about training received and much more.

Volunteer Centre Dorset can then use these insights to support groups and organisations with their volunteer management, and ensure that every volunteer has the best experience possible.

Volunteer Voices meets on a quarterly basis and the event is 'hybrid' which means you can join in person (subject to room capacity) or virtually.
