By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
• Recognise the key responsibilities and expectations of trustees
• Assess the skills, experience, and diversity needed on their board
• Develop a clear and compelling trustee role description
• Use effective, targeted methods to find and attract trustee candidates
• Apply good practice for shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new trustees

VCS workers or trustees who need to recruit trustees.

To access these courses free of charge, bookings must be made through Volunteer Centre Dorset. Please do not register for the courses directly with the training provider, as a charge may apply.
